随着世界经济的发展,国际贸易已成为当今世界日趋重要的一种寻求资源配置与利益最大化的重要方法,各个国家之间的外贸增长量和相对比重也成为衡量国家经济的重要工具。而我国随着对外开放和加入世界贸易组织的诸多举动,外贸也成为我国经济增长的一个非常重要的关键点。随着对外贸易的进行而引发的一系列机遇和挑战,特别是对于人民币升值问题。我们不期望能找出所有问题的解决方法,只针对个别问题而提出我们自己的一些观点,以此来寻求一些共识。本文主要运用案例分析与归纳法相结合,查阅相关典型案例,文献研究法等,在分析了造成人民币升值的原因的基础上,进而分析了人民币升值对我国外贸企业的影响,最后提出应对人民币升值我国政府和外贸企业以及各个方面应该采取的策略及措施。

Abstract
With the development of world economy international trade has e increasingly important in today's worlds that seeks the allocation of resources and maximize the benefits and relative proportion of foreign trade growth between the various countries has also e an import tool to measure the country's economy. China with the many moves of the opening to the outside world and to join the WTO, foreign trade has also e a very important key point of China’s economic growth. With foreign trade caused by a series of opportunities and challenges, especially for the revaluation of the Yuan. We do not except a solution able to identify all the problems, only some of our own individual problems, to seek consensus. In this paper using case studies bine with the induction wears related to typical cases documentary research, on the basis of RMB appreciation on China’s foreign trade enterprises, and finally proposed to deal with renminbi appreciation in Chinagrovernment and foreign trade enterprises, as well as all aspects of the strategy and measures to be taken.
