项目建设内容
购置安装剥绒机179台,预处理设备54台(套),浸出,脱酚设备94台。建设脱绒,预处理,浸出等车间和成品,原料库房,总建筑面积37000㎡。

本项目利用国际领先的第三代棉籽脱酚技术,生产低温棉籽蛋白,产品蛋白含量远高于其他同类产品,附加价值高,市场前景广阔。

Dezhou Zhongtian Biotechnology Co., Ltd was found in June 2009, which is an investment project in Xiajin, with registered capital of RMB 300 million. Using self-developed high-tech, 150 thousand tons of dephenolize cottonseed for cottonseed protein are processed annually by exploiting self-developed technology according to national industrial policy.
2. Brief of Project
Purchasing and installing 179 Stripping machines, 54 sets of pretreatment equipments, 94 sets extraction, phenol removal equipments. Total construction area of 37,000 square meters, including workshops for cashmere, pretreatment and extraction, finished products and raw materials warehouses.
