摘要: 信息技术已经使企业的经营环境发生了革命性的变化,各大企业开始寻找利用信息技术提高竞争力的方法,CRM,ERP,EIS等信息系统满足了企业日常事务性工作的需要,但是给企业产生了海量的无法利用的历史数据。商务智能系统通过对企业的经营和业务活动进行分析判断,使分散在各个系统中的信息有机集成,并且结合恰当的分析模型和算法,利用现有的企业信息库为企业的发展和市场竞争提供参考,提高企业的竞争力。详细分析公司运用和实施商务智能系统的案例,重点介绍了公司基于商务智能生产经营分析系统的设计与构建过程,为大型国有投资企业的应用和部署提供了商务智能的借鉴实例。

Abstract: The information technology has made the business environment of the enterprise change drastically, so the major enterprises start to seek the method using information technology to improve petitiveness. The information systems of CRM, ERP and EIS can meet the need of enterprise
′s routine work, but bring in the massive and unavailable historical data to the enterprise. The enterprise′s management and business activities are analyzed and judged through the business intelligence system to integrate the information scattered in various anically. bination with the proper analysis model and algorithm, the available enterprise information base can provide a reference for enterprise development and petition, and improve the petitiveness. In this paper, the case of using and implementing the business intelligence system by the enterprise is analyzed in detail, the design and construction processes based on business intelligence production and management analysis system are introduced emphatically. The system provides the reference instance of business intelligence for the application and deployment of the large?scale state?owned investment enterprise.

0 引言
随着信息技术的高速发展,电脑和网络成为企业办公必不可少的一部分。信息技术已经使企业的经营环境发生了革命性的变化,各大企业已经开始寻找利用信息技术提高竞争力的方法。各种信息系统如客户管理系统(CRM)、企业资源企划(ERP)、主管信息系统(EIS)等开始活跃在各大企业[1]。这些系统在满足企业日常事务性工作需要的同时,也给企业产生了海量的历史数据并难以利用。目前,众多公司开始着眼于如何利用历史数据为公司的发展服务,提高公司的竞争力[2]。
1 系统需求分析
通过与报表上报系统的合作,报表上报系统负责同公司外部的公司进行业务交流,实现企业外部办公信息化、自动化;商务智能系统则对报表上报系统中的数据进行抽取和分析,挖掘出企业高层决策者所需决策数据,系统架构如图1所示。
