本说明书是根据四川理工学院机电工程系机制专业毕业设计的基本要求而编制的。本次毕业设计我设计的课题是加工箱体零件上六孔的组合机床设计。该箱体零件结构较为简单,体积不大,可以采用一般机床进行加工。但为了尽量提高生产效率和降低工人劳动强度,专门设计双面钻孔加工的组合机床及其专用夹具。本设计说明书主要包括四章:第一章介绍组合机床设计的基本方法;第二章为组合机床工艺方案的编制,确定组合机床的切削用量,组合机床总体设计等;第三章为组合机床主轴箱的设计;第四章为结论。
设计的机床是双面加工组合机床。从工件定位及夹紧可靠,保证加工精度出发,选择卧式双面非刚性轴组合机床。并绘制了加工工序图,加工示意图和卧式双面组合机床的联系尺寸图。全书贯彻了现行的国家标准。

ABSTRACT
The preparation of this statement is based on the requirements of Professional mechanism, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, in Sichuan Polytechnic graduation .My graduated design here is bination of machine design of dishes on processing box parts .Parts of the box’s structure is simple, not big in size, we can use the general machine to processing .But, in order to improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity, the Modular Machine and its Special fixture of double-drilling processing is specially designed.
The design of brochures includes three chapters ;Basic methods of Modular Machine Design is introduced in chapterⅠ;Chapter II includes preparation of “the process of Modular Machine”, determinie of the cutting consumption about Modular machine, machine design ect; The design of Modular machine’s spindle box is described in Chapter III ;The fourth chapter is the conclusion.
Machine designed here is a double-Manufacturing Machine. From positioning of workpiece, clamping reliable, guaranteeing processing accuracy, Modular machine of horizontal-Double and non-rigid shaft is used here. Also, Machining process map, Processing map as well as contacting-size chart of double-Manufacturing Machine are all drawed. The whole design Implements present national standards.

第一章概述
组合机床的组成和特点:
组合机床是根据工件加工需要,以大量通用部件为基础,配以少量专用部件组成的一种高效专用机床。
组合机床中各种部件都是具有一定独立功能的部件,并且大都是已经标准化、系列化和通用化的通用部件。只有多轴箱和夹具是根据工件的尺寸形状和工艺要求设计的专用部件,但其中绝大多数零件如夹压元件、传动件等也是标准件和通用件。
通用部件是组合机床的基础。用以实现机床切削和进给运动的通用部件,如各种工艺切削头、动力箱、动力滑台等动力部件。用以安装动力部件的
