摘要
在我国,中小企业是市场经济体系中最活跃、最具潜力的群体,具有显著的规模较小、成长性好、市场竞争激烈的企业特征。中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,对经济发展和社会稳定起着举足轻重的促进作用。但由于中小企业规模小、资本和技术构成较低、受传统体制和外部宏观经济影响大等因素,使其在财务管理方面存在着与自身发展和市场经济均不适应的情况,导致其在应对激烈的市场竞争方面面临巨大的困难。因此,必须针对中小企业发展中面临的问题和矛盾,采取有效对策,大力营造利于中小企业健康发展的空间。

ABSTRACT
In our country, small and medium sized enterprises in market economy system is the most active, the most potential group, has the remarkable smaller, growth, good petitive enterprise characteristics. Small and medium sized enterprises are ponents of the national economy, to economic development and social stability plays an important role in promoting. But because of small and medium-sized enterprises in small scale, low capital and technological content, the traditional system and external factors such as the macroeconomic impact, so that in the financial management exist with their own development and the market economy are not adapting leads to its in coping with intense petition aspect faced huge difficulties. Therefore, must according to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the facing problems and contradictions, and take effective measures, vigorously build conducive to the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises of space.
