随着我国塑料工业的发展,塑料模具也在不断的发展。由于模具塑件在尺寸精度、形位公差等方面要求很高,成型时需要考虑控制收缩造成的模形误差,所以盒盖注塑模设计是一项难度大、技术含量高、工作量繁重的任务。按照传统的设计方法,仅靠经验和手艺,在较短的时间内是很难完成模具的精密设计与制造的。目前国内主流CAD/CAM软件多是国外软件,这些软件功能强大,通用性强,但操作复杂,并在设计标准上与我国存在部分差异。为使这些优秀软件满足专业设计需求,操作更加简便,并在我国模具行业中发挥更大的潜能,本课题组提出了基于Pro/E平台下的盒盖注塑模CAD系统的研究课题。
本论文分析了盒盖的结构和工艺特点,并综合考虑制件的材料提出了制件的成型方案。有针对性地制定了模具设计制造工艺方案,简化了设计结构。并利用Pro/E软件对模具进行分模设计、利用EMX调用标准模架,以及利用Mastercam软件对凹模加工进行CAM设计,实现了加工模拟和程序的自动生成,提高了模具设计制造效率及准确性。

Abstract
With the development of the plastic industry, plastic mold has been continuously development. Because the demands of dimensional precision,form and position tolerance are very high and the mold error caused by the shrinkage after molding also must be considered to design a set of lid injection mold is a task full of difficulty high一tech and is hard to design and manufacture injection molds purely relying on the experience and craft in a short time by the traditional design the other hand,engineers usually feel that the work is identical and repeated in designing the products of high serialization ,unification and standardization such as lid and mold Present,the CAD/CAM software used in our country are mostly foreign their functions and unification are powerful,yet the operation of them is plicated,and their standards in design are different from order to make full use of these software and simplify the operation of them in enterprises or factories,the subject of the lid injection mold CAD system based on Pro/ENGINEER is put forward.
