本论文是运用方法研究优化企业的物料搬运系统,研究现场是总机厂电机修理厂。通过对其现场调查,找出现存的问题,再通过运用方法研究的技术对这些问题进行改善和处理。在处理问题的过程中简化工艺流程,优化设施布置,减少物料搬运次数和搬运时间,最终达到优化物料搬运系统的目的。论文主要内容包括以下五部分内容:
第一部分:绪论。交代了本研究题目的来源及意义;对阜新市总机厂的简介。
第二部分:对方法研究的基础理论的介绍。其中包括方法研究的介绍、程序分析的介绍和各种程序分析及应用的介绍。
第三部分:对机修一车间物料搬运系统的优化。其中包括现场调查并发现问题、运用方法研究的基础理论分析问题和提出改进方案解决问题。
第四部分:对机修二车间物料搬运系统的优化。主要解决的是机盖生产线设施布置影响物料搬运系统的问题。
第五部分:综合本论文的观点和论述,做出总结,并指出了研究的不足。

Abstract
This disquisition is that use the method study to optimize the material handling system of the corporation. The research place is electrical machinery repair shop of total machine shop. coming by field survey, find out the extant problems, and use the technology of method study to improve and solve these problems. In the process of solving these problems, reduce the process flows, optimize the facilities layout, reduce the materials handling times and time, reach that optimize the material handling system aim at last. The primary coverage of disquisition includes hereinafter five parts:
The first part: exordium. Introduce origin and purport of the subject of this research; introducing the FuXin Machinery General Plant.
The second part: introducing the basic theories of the method study. Include the introduction to Industrial Engineering、the introduction to Method Study、introduction to Program Analysis and introduction to all kinds of the program analysis and their applications.
The third part: optimizing the material handling system of the first machine repair plant. Include field investigation and problem finding、using the basic theories of method study to analyze problems and putting forward the improved solution to solve the problem.
The fourth part: optimizing the material handling system of the second machine repair plant. The important problem to solve is the influence of the cover product line’s facility layout on the material handling system.
