摘要:目的比较米非司***和妈富隆应用与绝经期宫血治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2011年3月~2013年3月我院收治的绝经期宫血患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予米非司***治疗,治疗组给予妈富隆治疗。对两组患者血清性激素(FSH、LH和E2)水平的变化,控制出血、完全止血时间以及临床疗效进行比较。结果①治疗后,治疗组FSH、LH和E2水平下降,与治疗前和对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<);(②治疗组控制出血时间和完全止血时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<);③%,%,差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论妈富隆治疗绝经期宫血,具有临床疗效显著,安全可靠等优点,值得临床推广和应用。

Comparison of Clinic Effect of Mifepristone and Marvelon on Treatment of Menopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Abstract: pare effects of mifepristone with marvelon on treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. MethodsTotally 80 cases of patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated using mifepristone, and the treatment group was treated using marvelon. The levels of serum sex hormones, including FSH, LH and E2 were recorded.
