摘要
目的:观察利癖消胶囊治疗乳腺增生病(肝郁气滞型)的临床疗效。进一步证
实利癖消胶囊治疗乳腺增生病的有效性。
方法:选取 60 例乳腺增生病患者,中医辨证为肝郁气滞证,随机分为治疗
组和对照组分别 30 例。治疗组予口服利癖消胶囊:3 次/日,4 粒/次。每 1 个疗
程为 30 天,月经期间停止服药,临床观察时间为 3 个疗程。对照组予乳癖消胶囊
口服:3 次/日,5 粒/次。每 1 个疗程为 30 天,月经期间停止服药,临床观察时
间为 3 个疗程。观察患者治疗前后疼痛程度,肿块大小、硬度,月经情况及伴随
症状等指标,对比两组治疗前后的疗效。
结果:在临床疗效上,利癖消胶囊组总有效率 %;乳癖消胶囊组总有效
率 %。利癖消胶囊与乳癖消胶囊疗效均较满意,通过卡方检验,治疗组和对
照组差异无统计学意义(P>),利癖消胶囊与乳癖消胶囊疗效相近。在中医疗
效、积分的比较上,利癖消组与乳癖消组各治疗前后有差异性(P<),利癖消
组与乳癖消组治疗后无差异性(P>),说明利癖消胶囊与乳癖消胶囊都有较显
著的临床疗效,且疗效相近;对比肿块的直径,利癖消组与乳癖消组各治疗前后
差异有显著性(P<),利癖消组与乳癖消组治疗后无统计学差异(P>),表
明利癖消组与乳癖消均能有效的缩小乳房肿块,且疗效相近;对比乳房疼痛积分,
利癖消组与乳癖消组各治疗后与治疗前相比,差异显著(P<),利癖消组与乳
癖消组治疗后相比,差异有统计学意义(P<),说明在两组均能很好的缓解乳
房疼痛,且利癖消胶囊表现得更加优异。另外,在乳房疼痛缓解时间上,治疗组
快于对照组,疼痛缓解相对较快(P<)。
结论:经临床观察,结果显示:利癖消胶囊对乳腺增生病具有较满意的疏肝
解郁,化痰散结,行气化瘀的功能,能有效的改善患者症状,在缓解乳房疼痛方
面尤为明显。

ABSTRACT
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of lipixiao capsules on
hyperplasia of mammary glands(stagnation of liver qi), further proved the curative
effect of lipixiao capsules.
Methods: To select 60 cases of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands,
TCM Syndrome Differentiation for the stagnation of liver qi stagnation syndrome,
were randomly divided into treatment group and control group were 30 cases. The
treatment group received oral lipixiao capsule:3 times / day,4 grains / time. Each of
