摘要
我国能源结构决定了发电以煤为主的格局在近期内不会有大的变化,
随着国家对节能减排的日益重视,超临界、超超临界机组成为了机组发
展的主流。在超临界机组中启动系统和旁路系统的选型一直是用户关心
的问题,本文通过各方面的资料收集对不同类型的启动系统和旁路系统
的进行了分析对比,揭示了不同系统的技术特点,为用户进行启动系统
和旁路系统的选型提供了参考建议。
本文分析比对了包括简单疏水式启动系统、带疏水热交换器的启动
系统、带循环泵的启动系统和带 361 阀的启动系统等四种目前机组中常
用的启动系统,并根据上海锅炉厂有限公司的设计经验对不同的启动系
统提出了选型建议。
本文还同时分析比对了包括高低压串联旁路、三用阀旁路和一级大
旁路在内的三种不同的旁路系统,以上三种旁路系统基本涵盖了国内较
为常规的旁路系统,通过对三种旁路系统的对比,对于不同需求的用户
给出了不同的旁路选型建议,值得用户选型时进行参考。

ANALYSIS FOR THE START-UP SYSTEM AND BYPASS SYSTEM FOR
THE ULTRA SUPERCRITICAL BOILER
ABSTRACT
China's energy structure determines the pattern of coal-based power generation will be no
major changes in the near future, with the country's increasing emphasis on energy-saving
emission reduction, supercritical, ultra-supercritical unit has e the mainstream of
development units. Start-up system and bypass system have e an important issue for
the customer for the ultra-supercritical units , this paper give an detail analysis on the
different types of start-up system and bypass system, revealing the technical features for
the different systems ,and give the customer some good information about how to choose
the start-up system and bypass system.
In this paper, pare four different start-up system, including the simple start-up
system with flash tank, the start-up system with heat exchanger, the start-up system with
recirculation pump and the start-up system with 361 valve, and give some
mendations on the selection of the start-up system base on Shanghai Boiler Works
Limited design experience.
This paper also give an analysis on three bypass system, including the high and low
pressure bypass system, the bypass system without safety valve and the high pressure
bypass system, the three kinds of bypass sys
