放顶煤液压支架是综合机械化综采工作面的不可或缺的支护设备之一,其性能的好坏直接影响采煤工作面以及工作人员的安全与否。
在传统的放顶煤液压支架的设计过程中,对初始化参数的处理和二维CAD绘图是主要的设计途径。本文则将放顶煤支撑掩护式液压支架的设计与四连杆优化、三维建模与装配、运动仿真与分析结合在一起进行研究,以求达到减少支架生产周期和研发成本,提高支架质量和生产效率的目的。
本文的研究重点在于:在对放顶煤支撑掩护式液压支架(四连杆机构)的优化设计的基础上,运用Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire ,然后运用其运动仿真模块(MECHANISM)实现放顶煤支撑掩护式液压支架升、降柱和挑梁运动过程的动态仿真与分析。分析结果表明优化设计的结果、建立的模型和设置的仿真参数正确,无运动干涉区域,顶梁前端轨迹符合近似双扭线的要求。

ABSTRACT
The caving hydraulic support is one of the most indispensable support equipment in the full mechanization coal mining face. Its performance will impact the safety of prehensive mechanization coal mining face and the staff.
Initialization parameters for the processing and two-dimensional CAD design drawing is the main ways in the traditional design process of the caving hydraulic support. However, this article will connect the design of the caving hydraulic supports of support cover type with the optimization of the 4 linkage mechanisms, three-dimensional modeling and assembly and the motion simulation and analysis and research so as to reduce the production cycle R & D costs and improve quality and production efficiency.
The focus of this article’s research is that utilizing Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire three-dimensional modeling based on the optimal design of the caving hydraulic supports of support cover type (4 linkage mechanisms). Then, utilizing motion simulation module (MECHANISM) to achieve the realization of hydraulic support bracket cover up, down and pick column, beam loading process of the caving dynamic simulation and analysis. The results show that the results of optimum design, the establishment of the model and the simulation parameter settings correct, no movement to interfere in the region, the top beam similar to the front of the track in line with the requirements of double-twisted wire.
