摘要
为解决在海洋超深水钻井过程中遇到的一系列问题,石油行业提出了海底钻井液举升钻井(SMD)技术。该技术是用于深水和超深水钻井的新技术,采用该技术需要设计研发新的钻井设备。在调研与分析国外深水海底泥浆举升钻井系统及其设备下,开展海底泥浆举升钻井系统原理研究及其关键设备旋转分隔器的设计分析。
本文着重阐述了 SMD 系统关键设备之一的海底分隔器(SRD)的工作原理,对其结构进行了分析论证和其关键部件进行了说明,通过比较三种旋转分隔器类型的优缺点,对 SMD 系统使用的海底旋转分隔器进行选型分析,并分析旋转分隔器的结构及工作过程。进行海底旋转分隔器的设计计算,采用 Pro/E 软件建立海底旋转分隔器的三维模型,并用 ANSYS 软件对海底旋转分隔器的主要部件进行强度校核。旋转分隔器的设计计算及分析为海底旋转分隔器的样机制造提供了理论基础。

Abstract
To resolve the problem of the ultra-Sham Ocean Drilling encountered in a range of issues, the oil industry by lifting the seabed drilling Drilling (SMD) technology. This technology is used for Sham and super-Sham the drilling of new technologies, use of the technology needs of research and development of new drilling equipment. In the research and analysis of foreign Sham seabed mud drilling system and its lifting equipment, carry out seabed mud lift drilling system and its key principle of rotating equipment to the design of separation.
This paper focuses on the SMD system, one of the key equipment for separating Harbour (SRD) of the working principle, the structure of the demonstration and analysis of its key parts of the note, paring the three rotating the advantages and disadvantages of the type of separation , SMD system of rotating the use of the seabed with a selection of separation and segregation of rotating the structure and work processes. Harbour rotation separated for the design, the use of Pro / E software for the establishment of the separation Harbour rotating three-dimensional model, and ANSYS software used to separate the submarine's main rotating parts strength checking. Rotating separate calculation of the design and analysis for the submarine's rotating separated prototype manufacturing provides a theoretical basis.
