Abstract
It’s a long-term goal for China to develop a good-neighbor relation and mutual trust with ASEAN countries in order to create a stable surrounding environment. The establishment of China-ASEAN free trade area is an initial step in the process of China’s participation of regional economic cooperation, which also represents a new start in Chinese efforts in this filed. From the perspective of China 's overall economic development strategy, this paper first focuses on the introduction to the international repercussions of China-ASEAN free trade area establishment, and then conducts a detailed analysis of its inevitability and prospect.

摘要
发展与东盟国家的睦邻互信伙伴关系,建立稳定的周边环境,是中国外交以及对外经济发展的长期目标。建立中国—东盟自由贸易区则是中国在参与区域经济合作进程中迈出的关键性一步,它将改变中国迄今为止没有参加任何层面区域经济合作组织的历史。本文将从中国整个对外经济发展战略出发,着重就中国—东盟自由贸易区构想出台的国际反响、建立中国—东盟自由贸易区的必然性,以及问题前景等做一分析探讨。

The prospect analysis and the inevitability of China-ASEAN free trade area establishment

1. Introduction
Setting up of China-ASEAN free trade area, not only embodies the Chinese and ASEAN leaders’ wishes to strengthen good-neighborly and friendly cooperation in political aspects but also deepen economic ties between China and ASEAN. The idea of establishing China-ASEAN free trade area was once announced, it caused the munity strong repercussion. It is generally agreed that this is a historic breakthrough of regional economic cooperation in East Asia. Moreover, it is also a significant strategy to promote China and the ASEAN petition to achieve a win-win result in the current world. In the future, it may change the direction of the whole circumstances of political and economic development in Asia.
