汽车零部件项目可行性研究及案例应用分析
摘要

项目可行性研究是项目决策之前对项目进行充分分析、研究、论证、
评价的过程,是项目投资前期最重要的一项工作,是国家从宏观角度加
强投资效益管理的重要手段,是为项目决策提供依据的一种综合性的系
统分析方法。
本论文从项目可行性研究理论入手,分析了汽车行业尤其是零部件
行业发展和项目可行性研究应用现状与特点,阐明了汽车零部件行业切
实开展项目可行性研究的重要性,并综合运用项目可行性研究的相关理
论和方法,以上海三电贝洱汽车空调有限公司的 PXE 汽车空调压缩机
技改项目为例,结合项目的背景、主要内容、项目产品的技术水平与市
场分析、生产纲领与工艺技术、环保劳动安全、消防与节能、项目实施
进度、投资估算及资金筹措、财务计算及经济分析等方面内容,着重从
市场分析、技术分析和经济分析三大方面进行研究论证,从而得到项目
可行性方面的结论。为企业投资和战略发展决策提供科学依据。
本论文追求汽车零部件项目可行性研究工作理论和实践的有效结
合,充分利用该可行性研究的成果,科学有效地指导企业的经营、生产
活动,并以此作为经营决策的重要依据,对企业有比较大的现实意义和
经济价值。

ABSTRACT

Project feasibility study is a process of making full analysis, research,
validation and evaluation on the project before making decisions on this
project. It is the most important activity in the early stage of the project
investment, an important method for the country to strengthen the
management on investment benefit from the macro perspective, and an
overall and systematic analysis method to provide the evidence for making
decisions on the project.
Based upon the theory of project feasibility study, this paper analyzes
the current status and features of the automobile industry especially the
automobile parts industry development and the project feasibility study
application, explains the importance of making the project feasibility study
in the automobile parts industry, applies the related theory and method of the
project feasibility study. This paper takes the technical improvement project
