【摘要】:榆林学院十三号公寓楼为钢筋混凝土框架结构公寓楼,分为建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下,根据设计任务书的要求,综合考虑使用功能、施工、材料、建筑设备、建筑艺术及经济等。在建筑选型方面,采用“一字形”布置。结构设计是在建筑物初步设计的基础上确定结构方案;选择合理的结构体系;进行结构布置,并初步估算,确定结构构件尺寸,进行结构计算。结构计算包括计算截面的选取,荷载计算、变形验算、内力分析及截面校核。
在完成结构部分的计算之后,依据建筑方案和结构设计计算结果完成结构部分的施工图设计。本方案为一栋公寓楼,主体为六层的钢筋混凝土框架结构,结合榆林的实际情况,本场地地震基本烈度为6度,,,设计地震分组为第一组,建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类。
结构设计中主要是框架设计阶段,首先必须满足水平地震力作用下框架侧移验算的要求,其次就是要满足风荷载作用下的框架侧移验算的要求,在进行地震水平力作用计算时采用了底部剪力法,并运用弯矩二次分配法对框架进行内力计算。
基础部分的设计,根据提供的地质资料,基础形式选用桩基础,桩采用钢筋混凝土预制桩。
