节能围护墙体的力学性能和热工性能研究
摘要
作为发展中国家,随着城市建设的高速发展,我国建筑能耗逐年大幅度上升,
建筑能耗已成为我国能源消费的主要领域。节能技术与建筑技术的有机结合是降
低建筑能耗最有效的途径,改善外围护结构的力学性能和热工性能是减少建筑能
耗最重要的措施之一。
本文围绕建筑节能问题,以新型装配式预制夹芯保温墙板为研究对象,针对
该墙板的热力学特性和极限承载力等问题进行了系统的研究。首先回顾了保温节
能建筑的研究现状,提出了本文的研究目标和工作重点。
在建筑节能优化设计方法上,以上海某住宅项目的德国保温节能技术为例,
探讨几种目前国际先进的民用建筑保温节能优化设计方法,由此说明节能墙板优
化设计的重要性。
针对围护结构的建筑材料选择对节能的影响进行了研究,讨论围护结构的功
能及围护结构对节能保温的积极作用,明确了围护结构材料选用的主要指标;并
用数值模拟方法进行分析,对装配式预制夹芯保温墙板的龙骨保温效应改善提出
了相应方法。
在新型装配式预制夹芯保温墙板力学性能研究方面,进行了相应的力学试
验,研究了结构在静力作用下的应力应变关系、结构在反复加载情况下吸能作用
和墙板在荷载作用下的时间效应。根据上述试验,配合数值模拟分析方法,计算
了极限承载力并和试验结果对比,得出新型装配式预制夹芯保温墙的设计建议。

ENERGY-SAVING WALL PANELS
ABSTRACT
As a developing country, with the rapid development of urban construction,
building energy consumption increases significantly in China year by year, and it is
being the mainly part of energy consumption. Energy-saving bined
with construction technique is the most efficient method to reduce the building energy
consumption, by improving the mechanical properties and thermal performance of
wall panels.
This dissertation focuses on building energy efficiency. The new pre-fabricated
composite insulation wall panel is taken as an example to study its thermodynamic
properties, and ultimate bearing capacity.
About the optimal design of energy-saving construction methods, a residential
project in Shanghai with insulation energy-saving technology of Germany was taken
as an example. It is explored in the current international advanced civilian buildings to
optimize energy-efficient design method of insulation, and it is proved that
energy-efficient wall panels play a very important role.
