下一代网络话务统计系统设计与实现

摘要
当前,整个电信网络已经发展到 NGN(Next work)时
代。而现代电信竞争的核心已集中在通过提高通信服务质量来提高用户
满意度从而吸引话务量,抓住行业大客户,提高企业投入产出比。随着
NGN 的发展,话务统计变得尤为重要。
准确的话务统计不但能够准确反映交换机运行质量、及时克服交换
设备的各种缺陷,也是维护人员提高接通率、用来指导话务疏通、调整
网间中继数量等提高通信质量的一个依据。另外,它还是市场营销政策
制定、进行市场投资决策的一个重要参考。可以说,做好话务统计工作,
既是设备本身维护的需要,更是电信服务企业在开放市场竞争中的需要。
本文根据软交换网络话务报告的特点,对软交换话务统计系统的设
计原则及理念进行了定位,明确了该系统的实现原理及基本功能。笔者
参与了上海 NGN 网络话务统计系统的研发项目,参与了系统的设计实现
工作,包括对系统的数据采集方式、系统组网方式、系统软件架构、网
页展示等等,并且参与了其中部分测试工作。
目前,论文中描述的系统已经通过上海电信用户单位的验收。该系
统的上线,将改变目前软交换系统缺乏详细话务统计数据的局面,成为

实现通信网络质量管理与通信网络资源优化不可或缺的工具,帮助电信
运营商提高新一代网络的维护质量、降低运营成本。同时,通过话务统
计数据的分析,可以实现挖掘大客户信息/业务运营信息的功能,为市场
营销部门提供指导数据。
希望通过本文详细论述,为后续网络的大规模建设和运营提供巨大
帮助,特别是对未来 3G 网络的建设提供建设和运营的基础数据,积累有
效经验。

NGN TRAFFIC STATISTIC SYSTEM

ABSTRACT
Nowadays,the work has already developed to the
NGN time. And the modern petition has concentrated
in enhancing the satisfaction of users by way of improving the service
carriers can hold the big customer and raise the input and output
efficiency. With the development of NGN, the telephone traffic statistics
e more and more important.
The reliability of telephone traffic statistics not only can reflect the
quality of switchboard, e the weaknesses mutation equipments,
but also is basises for improving the quality
maintenance personnel can raise the access rate, control the telephone traffic,
adjust the number of trunks rely on accurate telephone traffic statistics.
Moreover, it is an important reference of making the marketing and
investment strategy. It can be said that doing well in telephone traffic statistics
is the need of maintenance as well as the need of petition.
This article introduced design philosophy of the NGN tr
