长江口青草沙水源地原水工程可行性研究

摘要

青草沙水源地是关系到上海原水水量、水质和水安全的十一五重大
基础设施建设项目,是上海百年水源地战略选择。青草沙水源地项目中
青草沙水库、长江原水过江管、陆域输水管线和增压泵站工程三大主体
项目技术上都存在创新和创举;项目有投资量大、技术含量高、风险大、
进度压力大等特点。本文第一章从上海城市水源地战略规划目标分析了
上海原水供水情况;第二章主要从青草沙水库及取输水泵闸工程、长江
原水过江管工程、陆域管线及增压泵站工程的技术可行性进行了研究;
第三章主要分析了水源地建设的经济可行性;第四章对青草沙水源地项
目建设、运行期风险因素分析及控制进行研究,并提出相应的结论和建
议等。

FEASIBILITY STUDY ON RAW WATER
PROJECT OF QINGCAOSHA WATER SOURCE
IN CHANGJIANG ESTUARY



ABSTRACT


The project of Qingcaosha water source is one of the significant
infrastructure construction projects that have been included in “The
Guideline of Shanghai 11th Five-Year Plan of National Economy and Society
Development”. It greatly contributes to “one-hundred-year strategy” of the
development of shanghai water source system, in which the quantity, quality
and the safety of Shanghai raw water supply are of concern. This project
includes ponents: (1) Qingcaosha reservoir; (2) a pipeline system
across Changjiang River; and (3) an inland pipeline and pumping station
system. These sub-items innovate in techniques with pioneering work. They
are all characterized by big investment, high risk, technical difficulty, and
pressing rate of progress and so on.
In the first chapter, the situation of Shanghai raw water supply was first
analyzed from the perspective of planning of city water source system. The

second chapter assessed the technical feasibility of these sub-projects. Third
chapter evaluated the economic viability of water source construction. The
fourth chapter presented risk analysis and management during construction
and operation, and eventually led to conclusions and suggestions.
