1000MW 汽轮机低压转子轮槽加工表面质量与工艺研究
摘要
1000MW 汽轮机组低压转子国产化加工是上海汽轮机厂重点科研项目。本文针
对 1000MW 超超临界汽轮机低压转子超大型枞树形轮槽加工工艺进行系统研究。通
过生产现场工艺分析、实验室切削试验和仿真研究,确定刀具的选刀和走刀方案;
并通过分析轮槽部位的残余应力分布,确定刀具、力、温度和加工参数对残余应力
的影响,并完成轮槽要求部位的残余应力建模仿真预测研究。该课题的研究工作对
正确分析汽轮机转子复杂槽形残余应力的形成以及后续滚压设计研究具有重要的理
论和实际意义。据此本文开展以下的研究工作:
(1)汽轮机转子26NiCrMoV145材料切削加工性能研究
对26NiCrMoV145转子钢的材料组织相成分与性质、力学性能、材料的切削性能
和材料加工表面质量进行研究,并通过分析加工过程中产生的力、温度和振动信号,
采用等效原则,研究枞树型铣刀的受力和受热情况。
(2)整体式粉末冶金高速钢刀具的切削加工性能研究
通过采集整体粉末冶金高速钢成形刀具现场加工过程中的振动信号、加工表面
残余应力分布,以及刀具的磨损情况,分析刀具的切削性能和对不同切削方案进行工
艺评定。
(3)镶片式硬质合金刀具的切削加工性能研究
通过采集镶片式硬质合金刀具现场加工过程中的各种信号和技术数据,与整体
式粉末冶金高速钢刀具切削性能进行比较,给出两种刀具加工性能的客观评价。
(4)轮槽残余应力仿真预测研究
通过建立模型和验证手段,完成轮槽要求部位残余应力分布建模仿真预测研究。

ABSTRACT
Study on Surface Quality and Processing Technique for Machining the V-Groove of
Low-Pressure Rotor in the 1000MW Steam Turbine.
The 1000MW steam turbine with Low-Pressure rotor, which is domestically produced, is an
important project of Shanghai pany Limited. In this paper, the processing technique was
deeply investigated in details for machining the ultra-large palm-type groove of low-pressure rotor in
1000MW supercritical steam turbine. Through the studies on the processing of production line, cutting
experiments and simulation, the tool drafts were determined and the residual stresses on the surface of
grooves were also analyzed. Furthermore, the influences of tool, cutting force, cutting heat and cutting
parameters on the residual stress were discussed, and the modeling and simulation on the residual stress
on the surface of surface of grooves was studied. Therefore, this work has an important significance in
theory and application for investigating the formation of residual stress on plex surface of
steam turbine rotor and the design of the eeding rolling p
