在轨火车车轮专用数控磨床(关键部件)的研究与设计
摘要
火车运行一段时间后车轮表面会发生表面损伤。目前国内引进国外昂贵的双主轴专用数控车床进行车削,因车轮本身表面硬化,在车削深度达,对车轮使用寿命影响很大。为了延长车轮的使用寿命,故研发与设计此在轨火车车轮专用数控磨床。
本文主要就专用磨床的关键部件进行研究和设计,并结合火车车轮专用磨床的功能实现,提出整体性的磨床设计与结构布局。再对砂轮架与主轴系统等关键部件进行研究与设计。并为提高主轴与砂轮架对磨床磨削与被加工工件的精度,对主轴的设计与液体静压轴承和液体静压止推轴承的设计进行优化、改进和提高。并通过有限元分析主轴的受力、应力和安全系数,并在此基础上通过分析其个个部位受三个不同主要应力的影响程度,进行优化。使其更好的适应高速重载磨床,并实现高精度和高表面光洁度的加工过程。这些专用磨床的关键部件的设计成型将有助于磨床和磨削加工技术的提升。并有望将这些新理论和新技术广泛运用于其他各类通用、专用磨床和其他金属切削机床的研究、设计中去。

The Research and Designing of C Grinder
for Train Wheel
ABSTRACT
The abrasion will be happened on the face of the train wheel after a period of running. Now the expansive equipment, double-spindle C lathes, has already been input to turning the train wheel. Because of the surface hardening, it should turn the train wheel so deep that it will significantly impact the age of the wheel negatively. In order to extend the age of the train wheel, we research and design this C grinder machine of train wheel.
The main idea of the article is the research and design of the ponents for the dedicated grinder and find out the total structure and layout of the grinder contributing with the function achieving of train wheel dedicated grinder. Then, we research and design the ponents such as wheel flame and spindle and improve accuracy of grinding and the workpiece processed by spindle and wheel frame. In addition, we optimize and improve the designing of spindle, hydrostatic bearings and hydrostatic thrust bearings, which make it get used to high-speed overloaded grinder and achieve the machining process of high accuracy and high surface finish. Based on the analyzing of stress, deformation and safety coefficient of the spindle, we analyze the effect of three main stress on different part of the spindle and optimize it.
