二三线城市房地产发展中的问题研究
摘要
随着我国城市发展的步伐,二三线城市房地产逐渐具备产业化发展的经济基础。房地产对于这些城市来说已经被划为城市发展的支柱产业。一线城市发展到现在的阶段已经出现了不少的问题,房地产业在为城市经济发展发挥重要作用的同时也出现了许多弊端。本文主要通过城市房地产发展的历程来研究在我国二三线城市发展过程中出现的一些问题。在未来房地产产业之中的竞争,二三线城市将成为主要战场。二三线城市的房地产发展将成为我国城市化建设的主要推动力,正确引导二三线城市房地产行业的健康发展,在发现问题的同时,制定正确的解决办法。

Two Triplet City Real Estate Market Developing Problems Research
Abstract
As the pace of urban development .Two third-line city real estate gradually have industrialization development economic foundation. Real estate for these cities are delimited is the pillar industry of city development. First urban development to the present stage has appeared many problems, the real estate industry for urban economic development in play an important role of also appeared a lot of drawbacks. This paper mainly through the process of urban real estate development to research in our two third-line urban development some problems appeared in the process. In the future real estate market petition, two third-line city will e the main battlefield. Two third-line city real estate development will e the main driving force in urbanization construction. Guide correctly two third-line city urban real estate market healthy development,under found problems,formulate correct solution.

1引言
对于二三线城市的界定一直有所争议,虽然有许多关于二线、三线城市的的参考资料,但对这两种城市等级的制定标准的资料很少。一般认为一线城市为上海,北京,广州,深圳等,因为这些城市的房地产发展在我国其他城市中是比较早的。二线城市为各省省会城市直辖市及经济发达的城市如天津、重庆、西安、成都、重庆
