摘要
随着社会的不断发展,钢丝绳的应用越来越广,与此同时其安全性越来越受到人们的关注。为了实时在线监测钢丝绳断丝,介绍了钢丝绳无损检测的分类和无损检测的发展历程和趋势。本设计基于漏磁原理,利用霍尔传感器检测漏磁信号,采用模拟的传感器漏磁信号,即直接给电路输入电压信号,经过后续电路和软件处理后,完成了钢丝绳断丝无损检测的设计任务
信号处理系统主要由三运放高共模抑制比放大电路和低通滤波电路构成,实现了对钢丝绳断丝信号的放大和滤波,经过放大、滤波处理后的信号经过ADC0809进行A/D转换,转换后的数据接入单片机AT89C51,经过软件编程后,单片机控制数码管将电压数值显示出来,并通过LED灯亮的多少来判断钢丝绳断丝情况
编写的程序首先在Proteus软件上进行仿真,在理论上实现AD转换和数据显示的基本功能。在仿真的基础上,根据绘制的系统原理图在万能实验板上搭建了电路,并进行了调试,达到了预期的目标。
本设计不仅能够检测出钢丝绳内部缺陷,并能定量检测钢丝绳金属横截面积。可实时在线全绳检测,检测效率高,基本不受人为因数影响,结合人工检查和检测数据定量分析可评估钢丝绳损伤程度和强度损失情况。
