摘要
随着经济全球化和信息技术的发展,企业之间的竞争日趋激烈。很多企业因不能适应内外部环境的种种变化而在激烈的市场竞争中举步维艰。面对信息经济、网络经济和知识经济时代激烈的竞争局面,企业如何根据产品生命周期各阶段的特征选择适合自己的竞争战略,越来越受到经营者的重视。
企业竞争战略选择受到产品生命周期的影响。本文立足于企业竞争战略理论、产品生命周期理论,探寻适合于企业的与企业产品生命周期相匹配的竞争战略。论述了以下内容:产品生命周期理论,论述了产品生命周期的内涵以及各阶段的特点,说明了产品生命周期理论的意义;竞争战略理论,首先论述了竞争战略理论的本质及特点,然后论述了基本的竞争战略和基本竞争战略的风险;处于不同产品生命周期阶段的市场竞争战略选择,该部分在前文分析的基础上将产品生命周期和竞争战略相结合,讨论了处于不同生命周期的企业如何做出正确的竞争战略选择。
本文在总结众多学者研究成果的基础上,试图从动态的角度研究企业竞争战略选择问题,突出了企业竞争战略选择过程中的内外结合性。希望本文对企业竞争战略选择的探讨和分析,能够为企业市场竞争战略的选择实践提供一种新的思路。

Abstract
With the development of globalization and information technology, petition among enterprises es more and more furious. Many enterprisescan't make progress because of their failure in adapting to various changes of internal condition and external environment. Facing the ing with information economy, network economy and knowledge economy, how to choose the right business strategy based on environment characteristic has e more and more important.
Enterprise business strategy choosing is affected by product lifecycle. This paper is established in two basic theories including business strategy theory and product lifecycle theory, and focus on looking for the business strategy adapted to the enterprise, which is matched with the product lifecycle.
