文档介绍：胰腺假性囊肿外科手术治疗分析
摘要目的:探讨胰腺假性囊肿的外科治疗策略。方法:收治且行外科治疗的胰腺假性囊肿44例,采用的手术方式分别是囊肿空肠roux—en—y型吻合术28例,囊肿胃吻合术9例,囊肿外引流术4例,假性囊肿切除术3例。结果:44例囊肿胃吻合术和囊肿空肠roux—en—y型吻合组术后并发症发生率均明显低于外引流组,囊肿空肠roux—en—y型吻合术与囊肿胃吻合术相比,术后并发症更低,无死亡病例,疗效满意。结论:根据囊肿形成的原因、位置,大小等特点选择正确的治疗时机和治疗方案,是治疗胰腺假性囊肿成功的关键。

2007年1月~2011年10月收治44例外科治疗的胰腺假性囊肿(ppc)病例。现分析报告如下。
资料与方法
本组44例病例中,年龄15~71岁,;其中男28例,女16例;患者病因分别为急性胰腺炎27例,胰瘘引流不当2例,慢性胰腺炎6例,腹部外伤6例(手术损伤4例和细针胰腺穿刺2例),无明显
