一个民族之所以成为民族,最根本的就是在于形成自身独特的文化,不同的民族具有不同的文化特质,因而才会推动文明的发展。民族文化是人类宝贵的财富,需要得到传承和延续,而文化中心建筑作为一种特殊的载体,在发展和传播民族文化方面发挥着重要的作用。文化中心建筑作为公共建筑,首先要能满足其功能上的使用要求,其次,作为城市或者当地文化重要的象征,发挥着重要的图腾作用。在建筑设计方面,
大到整体构思和风格,小到材料和构造做法等,都要考虑与其主题所表达的文化的关联性。进行这个文化中心建筑的课题设计,是对我们建筑学专业五年学****以来的一个较为全面的考核,不仅要在建筑方面要仔细斟酌,还要进一步涉及到社会发展、民族特性、当地文化、艺术构图等多个领域,是一个综合考虑的过程。

Abstract
A nation is a nation, The most fundamental is to form their own unique culture, Different nations have different cultural traits, thus it will promote the development of civilization. National culture is the human valuable wealth, we need to get the inheritance and continuity, The cultural center building, as a kind of special carrier, in the development and dissemination of national culture play an important role. Cultural center building, as a public building, first of all need to be able to meet the requirements of the use of its function, secondly, as an important symbol of city or local culture, the totem plays an important role. In terms of architectural design,Large to the overall conception and style, small to the material and construction practices, , all want to consider the relevance of its theme expressed by the culture.
In the cultural center building project design, it is to our architecture speciality since five years learning a prehensive assessment, not only to carefully consider in terms of construction, further involves the social development, national characteristics and local culture, art position, and other fields,it is prehensive consideration of the process.
