【摘要】目的:研究紫杉醇联合表柔比星治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效,指导临床合理用药。方法:临床乳腺癌患者48例, 随机分为实验组24例与对照组24例,分别按两种化疗方案治疗,21~28 d为1个周期,两组均至少完成2周期以上评价疗效。结果:%%,两者差异有统计学意义(P=);%%,两者差异有统计学意义(P=);。实验组与对照组严重不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>)。结论:紫杉醇联合表柔比星为临床有效的治疗晚期乳腺癌化疗方案。

[ABSTRACT] Objective: To investigate therapeutic effect of bined with epirubicin in treatment of advanced breast cancer, and provide some knowledge for the rational use of drugs. Methods:Forty eight breast cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups (experimental group and control group). They were treated by two different chemotherapies. With 21days to 28days as a course,patients underwent at least two coursed and the therapeutical effect was evaluated. Results:The efficacy of the experimental group and control group were % and %, with significant difference between two groups(P=). The disease control rates of the experimental group and control group were % and %, with significant difference between two groups(P=).
