TD-SCDMA 无线网络规划研究

摘要
TD-SCDMA 作为 3G 移动通信系统的主流标准之一,是我国提出并得到
国际电信联盟(ITU)批准的,一直受到我国政府的大力支持。对于运营
商来说,提高网络质量是进一步提升网络竞争力的前提和关键因素,而
其中优秀的无线网络规划则是提升网络质量的第一步也是在激烈的 3G 市
场竞争中获取优势的重要因素之一。
本文通过原理分析和实际规划评估相结合的方式对 TD 网络的规划方
法进行了研究。论文对TD 网络的业务预测和业务模型进行了分析,对TD
网络的规模估算方法进行了探讨,并基于此对上海 TD 网络进行了规划并
对规划结果与实际测试情况进行了对比评估,验证了规划方法的有效性。
论文的研究成果对于指导 TD-SCDMA 网络规划具有重要意义。

TD-work Planning Research

ABSTRACT
TD-SCDMA as a 3G munication system, one of the
mainstream standards, is made in China and the International
munication Union (ITU) approved, has been the strong support of our
government. For operators, improve work to further improve the
network quality is a prerequisite petitiveness and the key factors,
including the best work planning is the first step to upgrade the
network quality is also in the petition in the 3G market, an
important factor to obtain the advantages of one.
In this paper, the principle of analysis and assessment of the actual
planning of bination of work planning methods studied. Papers
on the TD work operations and business model analysis, the size
of work of TD estimation methods are discussed, and this on the
Shanghai-based work planning and planning and the actual test results
pared to assess the situation, verify the planning method. Research
paper for the guidance of TD-work planning is important.

课题背景及意义
随着 TD-SCDMA 网络商用以来,TD-SCDMA 系统的网络规划正成为各方关注的焦点。
无论是 TD-SCDMA 网络建设初期还是网络扩容期间,细致周密的网络规划对于网络成
本的减少和运行质量的提高都具有极为重大的意义。一个 TD-SCDMA 系统的无线网络
(基站)部分投资接近总投资的三分之二,进行合理高效的 TD-SCDMA 无线网络规划
可以大大减少投资资本。一个优选的规划方案能辅助我们实现以最小的成本获得最佳
的性能目标,最大限度的发挥网络的效用,发挥 TD-SCDMA 的技术优势,提高覆盖质
量,提高通信服务的市场
