摘要
随着现代通信技术和自动控制技术的迅速发展,智能化建筑在发达国家应运而生。近年来中国大步跨入了信息化时代,人们的工作、生活与通信、信息的关系日益紧密, 信息化在改变我们生活方式与工作****惯的同时,也对传统的住宅提出了挑战。人们对居住环境要求不断提高,在遵照公安有关部门对安全防范的要求和总体规划的要求外,整个系统力求做到布局合理,技术先进,经济实用,操作维修简便,并考虑建设和技术的发展,保持系统的稳定性。希望有一个安全、舒适、便捷的家,智能小区于是在中国各地蓬勃发展起来,并已成为21世纪建筑业的发展主流。本文将常见的智能系统加以改进和设计。

Abstract
With the development of munication thechnology and the rapid development of the automatic control technology, intelligent building in developed countries have emerged. In recent years China strides into the information socicety, people’s work, life munication, information closer relations, information society is changing our way of life and work habits, but also to the traditional residence poses a challenge. People what livng environment asks is unceasing enhancement, in public security department concerned ply with the safety requirments and the requirements of the overall plan for outside, the whole system to make rational layout, advanced technology, economical and practical, simple operation and maintenance, and consider the construction and development of technology, maintain the stability of system hope to have a safe, comfortable, convenient home, munity so throughout China flourished, and has e the mainstream of the development of construction in dustry in the 21 st paper mon intelligent system to design and improvement.
