【摘要】目前国内的先进焊接技术主要包括电子束焊、激光焊和搅拌摩擦焊这3种,而且主要应用于航空航天、汽车、核工业等关键领域。随着技术进步与产业升级,作为将来焊接的发展趋势,这些技术势必要被用于普通行业。但由于该技术投资大、成本高,那就要求这些技术能够集成化和信息化,以拓展他们的使用空间,以便于将来能够广泛应用于各行各业,降低制造成本,提升产品竞争力。

【abstract】the current domestic advanced welding technology mainly includes the electron beam welding, laser welding and friction stir welding. it is mainly applied in the automobile, aerospace, nuclear industry and other key areas. along with the technical progress and industrial upgrading, as the future development trend of the technology of welding, they are used for general industry by necessity. but because of the large investment, high cost, so that requires these techniques can be integrated and information to expand their use of space. so they can be widely applied to all walks of life, reduce manufacturing cost, enhance petitiveness of products in the future.

相比于传统的焊接技术,目前在焊接行业所指的先进焊接技术主要包括激光焊、电子束焊和搅拌摩擦焊这3种焊接技术。本文将就这3种技术做一个简要的讨论。
