摘要:变电站作为是输电和配电的集结点,它的可靠性决定着电力系统运行的安全性与稳定性。随着地方社会经济的不断地发展,变电站的建设数量、规模、电压等级也逐渐增大。而随着大量新技术、新工艺的使用,变电站施工过程中也存在着土建工程施工管理的问题,因此在施工过程中必须加大工程质量的控制力度,把工程质量与工程的日常施工管理进行有机结合,保证电网建设的高效和安全。

一、变电站工程质量通病概述
由于变电站工程管理策划原因或工程施工原因,经常出现的、普遍存在的工程质量缺陷及造成返工或补建等问题。变电站工程质量通病治理的基本目标是提高全员质量意识,切实避免和消除工程建设中经常出现的资料质量问题和施工质量问题,进一步加强工程质量管理,完善工程质量管理程序,创建精品工程,全面提高工程达标创优水平。
