摘要
本设计将用CAXA画图软件进行减速器的制造及加工工艺规程设计,综合运用产品机械制造技术、数控编程、CAXA制造工程师等相关课程的理论及生产实践的知识去分析和解决减速器设计的问题,并使所学专业知识得到进一步巩固和深化。进一步学习工艺规程设计的一半方法,了解和掌握常用的计算方法,培养正确的设计思想和分析问题、解决问题的能力,特别是总体设计和计算的能力。通过计算和绘图,学会运用标准、手册、图册和查阅有关技术资料等,培养工艺设计的基本技能。
CAXA制造工程师不仅是一款高效易学,具有很好的工艺性的数控加工编程软件,而且还是一套Windows原创风格、功能强大的三维造型、曲面实体完美结合的CAD/CAM一体化软件。CAXA制造工程师提供的后置处理器,无需生成中间文件就可直接输出G代码指令。系统不仅可以提供常用的数控系统后置格式,用户还可以自定义专用数控系统的后置处理格式。

Abstract
This design will be used CAXA drawing software reducer manufacturing and process planning, integrated use of the product machinery manufacturing technology, CNC programming, CAXA manufacturing engineers, and other courses related to the theory and production of practical knowledge to analyze and solve reducer designand professional knowledge to further consolidate and deepen. Further half of the learning process planning, the ability to understand and master monly used method of calculation, to develop the correct design thinking and analysis, problem solving, in particular, the overall design puting power. Learn how to puting and graphics standards, manuals, Atlas, and access to the relevant technical information, training the basic skills of process design.
CAXA manufacturing engineer is not only an efficient and easy to learn, has a good process of NC programming software, but also a set of Windows original style, and powerful 3D modeling, surface entities bination of CAD / CAM integration software. The CAXA manufacture the postprocessor engineers do not need to generate the intermediate file can be directly output the G code instructions. The system can not only provide C system set format, users can also customize the definition of special NC system processing format.
