[摘要] 论述铣床主轴零件的工艺编制,研究零件机械加工工艺规程的设计问题,介绍工艺规程的组成、制定程序等。说明零件的机械加工工艺结构性,结合生产主要从零件分析、毛坯的选择、工艺路线的拟定、工序内容的确定等几个方面详细的讲述了铣床主轴零件工艺过程设计以及工艺编制中应注意的问题,以及如何才能达到最理想的表面质量和经济效益。工装设计方面,阐述了机床专用夹具的设计原理和方法。为了在轴上铣键槽,设计了用V型块进行定位,手柄螺母螺旋机构进行夹紧的组合夹具。通过组合专用夹具,解决了主轴铣键槽定位和夹紧的问题。这样提高了机械加工的效率,减轻了工人的劳动强度,缩短了生产时间,增加了效益。

Abstract:Expositions axis milling machine parts technology, research ponents of process design. Process order on position of the development procedures. Note parts of the structural mechanical processing, bining production from the ponents analysis, the choice of rough, Process design, processes to determine the contents of several aspects, such as detailed on the main axis milling machine parts design and process technology to piled , and the question of how we can achieve the best surface quality and economic benefits. Tooling design, the machine described the special fixture design principles and methodologies. To axis milling keyway, design a V-shaped block used for positioning the handle screw nut agencies clamping binations. bining special fixture to solve the keyway milling spindle positioning and clamping issue. This increased machining efficiency and reduce the labor intensity, shorten production time and increased efficiency.
