【摘要】目的:观察两种不同负压引流方法预防乳腺癌术后皮下积液的疗效。方法:将216例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者随机分为两组,实验组106例使用中心负压吸引,对照组110例使用一次性负压引流袋引流。结果:实验组与对照组术后皮下积液及皮瓣坏死发生率差异无统计学意义(p>),两组置管时间及术后平均住院时间差异无统计学意义(p>)。结论:两种引流方式均可用于预防乳腺癌术后皮下积液的发生,疗效相当。

【abstract】 objective: to investigate the therapeutic effects of two different drainage methods for preventing subcutaneous hydrops after breast cancer operation. method: 216 patients with radical operation on breast cancer were divided into two groups at random: experimental group (106 cases, negative pressure suction was used), control group (110 cases, one-off negative pressure bags was used). result: there were no significant differences on subcutaneous hydrops, necrosis of skin flap, intubation time and average hospitalization time after breast cancer operation between two groups(p>). conclusion: the two drainage methods both could be used to prevent the subcutaneous hydrops after breast cancer operation and had the same efficacy.
