随着社会和经济的发展,各种各样的问题也随之而现,其中关于教育公平的问题也成了当今社会的热点问题。教育对于我们每一个人都是很重要的,因为每一个人一出生都要接受教育,教育关系到我们每一个人的成长和社会的发展。党的十七大提出了“教育是民族振兴的基石,教育公平是社会公平的重要基础”。这就表明。本文主要分为五个部分,第一部分是引言,论述的是关于教育公平的研究背景以及研究意义。第二部分讲的是关于教育公平的内涵、特征以及意义。从教育公平的内涵入手,深入阐述了教育公平的内涵,并指出教育公平与构建和谐社会的关系。第三部分陈述了我的表现,从区域层面、城乡层面、校际层面和教育腐败与教育特权四个方面阐述了问题。第四部分分析了造成教育不公平的原因,将教育不公平的原因归纳为社会结构问题、政府公共职能的缺失和管理部门的失范、资源配置不平衡与教育政策问题这几个方面的原因。第五部分则为实现我的对策,指出了我国的教育要朝着这四个方向努力第一:加快教育事业发展,以发展求公平;第二:进一步加强和完善教育立法;第三:建立起的研究,建立起教育公平评价指标。这一部分强调了怎样才能实现教育公平,政府因该通过各种政策和法制改革才能实现教育公平。

ABSTRACT
Along with the development of economic and society,all kinds of problems with it now,one of the problems about education fair also became a hot issue in today's for every one of us is very important, because everyone a birth have to accept education, education in relation to each one of us growth and the development of the party congress proposed a "education is the foundation of national development, education fair is the important foundation of social justice".It shows that countries also attaches great importance to the education paper mainly divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, this paper discusses about the education fair is the research background and second part of talk about education fair connotation, characteristics and significance. From the definition of the education fair, this paper analyses the education fair connotation, and points out that the education fair and the building of a harmonious society of the the third part of the our country education not fair statement of the performance, from regional level, urban and rural level, the inter-university level and education corruption and education privilege four aspects of fourth part analyzes the cause of education unfair reasons, will education unfair causes into social structure, the lack of government's public fun
