WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFETY ON OUR PROJECT? 在我们的项目安全是谁的责任?
Every individual on this project is responsible for the safety of himself / herself and for the safety of others. 在这个项目安全是每一个人的责任,每个人都需要对他自己和他人的安全负责任。
What is a hazard? 什么是隐患?
A hazard is anything with the potential to cause harm
隐患是任何可以引起潜在伤害的事情。
WHAT IS A RISK什么是风险?
A risk is the likelihood that a hazard will cause a specified harm to someone or something . if there are no guard rails on the scaffolding it is likely that a construction worker will fall and break a bone 风险是有导致某些人或事物伤害/损害的可能性,例如:脚手架缺少护栏有可能导致工人坠落和受伤。
I know the hazard but what can I do about it?我知道风险但我能做什么?
Report immediately to supervisor of that
Advise on the corrective action
Agree a
Agree a time for
Record in
Revisit at agreed time & update

In serious situations where life is at
STOP the works with the supervisor or foreman of that 。
Report to PMT management & contractor
Issue stop works notification & record in
Agree corrective actions and timescale for
Revisit & if corrective actions taken allow the work to start ,如整改行动落实,重新开工。
