设计(论文)的基本内容:
幼儿园管理系统是专门针对幼儿园推出的一套综合性管理软件。系统重点实现了幼儿档案管理、教学与课程管理、财务与收费管理、人力资源、配餐管理(带量)、物品管理等,另外系统还提供了网上平台,可供家长登录,查询班级和孩子信息,课程信息、在园表现等。

幼儿园信息管理系统
摘要
幼儿园管理系统是典型的管理信息系统,其开发主要包括后台数据库和前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。
随着社会的发展,时代的进步。幼儿园幼儿入园人数的增加,幼儿的信息也会随之增加,这不但加大了记录的负担,也增加了存储记录的位置和空间。传统的手工管理方式不易更新、不易存储、容易丢失、查询不便等缺点。因此,设计开发该管理软件是为了使幼儿园管理者摆脱手写和人工录入记录,开发一个既可以存储信息,又可以进行更新、查询等功能的管理软件。使用户更快捷更方便的管理幼儿信息。
首先对幼儿园信息管理系统的开发环境进行了介绍。然后对本系统的可行性进行了系统的分析。接着,分析了幼儿园信息管理系统的应用需求,并根据需求分析建立了系统功能模块。再次,按照系统功能的分析和数据库设计理论给出了需求说明书、局部E-R图、宾馆服务系统数据流图,利用Microsoft office Access 2003建立数据库。最后,根据系统功能模块进行了具体的程序设计。充分利用Visual Basic. ne、Microsoft Access 2003数据库技术的强大力量,提高了编程效率和可靠性。
