摘要
在工业控制领域,基于运行稳定性考虑,要对生产过程中的各种物理量进行详细的检测和控制。这在冶金、化工、建材、食品、机械、石油等工业中,具有举足轻重的作用。其中温度控制又以其较为复杂的工艺过程而备受人们关注。所以各种加热炉、热处理炉、反应炉等得到了广泛应用。这些都对温度控制系统的设计提出了更高的要求。
可编程控制器(PLC)适时的解决了这一技术难题。这种工业控制计算机,是继承计算机、自动控制技术和通信技术为一体的新型自动装置。它具有抗干扰能力强,价格便宜,可靠性强,编程简单,易学易用等特点,在工业领域中深受工程操作人员的喜欢,因此PLC已在温度控制甚至整个工业控制领域都被广泛地使用。
这其中PID控制占据着核心地位。PID算法简单容易为现场工程技术人员所掌握,它不需要求出被控系统的数学模型,通过调节比例(P)、积分(I)、微分(D)三个参数的大小就可以获得较好的控制效果。它的成熟应用将温度控制变的不在那么复杂。

Abstract
In the field of industrial control, based on the operational stability considerations, detection and control of various physical quantities in the production process. In the metallurgical, chemical, building materials, food, machinery, oil industry, which plays a decisive role. Temperature control and its plex processes have attracted much attention. Various furnace, heat treatment furnaces, reactors, etc. has been widely applied. These are put forward higher requirements for the design of the temperature control system.
The programmable logic controller (PLC) timely resolve the technical problems. The industrial puter, is the inheritance of puter, automatic control technology munication technology as one of the new automatic device. It has strong anti-interference ability, cheap, reliable and simple programming, easy to use features like in the industrial field by the project operator, PLC has temperature control and even the entire field of industrial control have been widely to use.
Which occupies a central position in PID control. PID algorithm is simple and easy for on-site engineering and technical personnel to master, it does not need to calculate the mathematical model of the controlled system, by adjusting the ratio of (P), integral (I), differential (D) the size of the three parametersyou can get a better control effect. Its mature application temperature controlvariables are not plex.
