摘要
近代意义上的物业管理起源于19世纪60年代的英国,当时英国正值工业革命发展时期,资本主义快速发展,大量农村人口涌入工业城市,城市原有的各种住房及其设施已远远不能满足需求,城市居住环境相当恶劣,为服务公众生活的物业管理便应运而生。而当前我国正处于社会主义发展时期,构建和谐社会更是我们的目标,所以物业管理这一服务行业在我国更有着现实的发展意义,中国和谐社会建设离不开物业管理行业的快速发展。
