年产2000吨电池级碳酸锂生产项目工程设计
摘要
碳酸锂用途广泛,在电池、润滑剂、陶瓷、玻璃、空调、冶炼等重要工业领域都是不可或缺的原料。随着近期全球新能源开发的热潮,碳酸锂在锂电池中的应用越来越被大家所关注。电池级碳酸锂目前广泛应用于医药行业、电池行业和石油化工和精细化工行业。电池级碳酸锂是生产锂电池正极材料(主要有钴酸锂、锰酸锂、磷酸铁锂等)的关键原料。电动车对锂电池需求巨大,可以预期电动车广阔的发展前景也必将加大对碳酸锂的需求。
设计内容的第一部分介绍了碳酸锂的功能用途以及现状。第二部分介绍了碳酸锂的生产工艺及评述以及生产方案的选择。第三部分介绍了原材料及动力系统。第四部是根据要求完成厂房设计,完成辅助设施的设计和布置方式,设计水、热、汽的供给。第五部分坏保设施及厂区安全管理设计,保证工作人员有一个良好的工作环境。第六部分为本项目的财务分析。
