摘要
民营企业为增加桐庐县江南镇农民的收入、切实提高农民的生活水平、实现农村剩余劳动力转移作出了重大的贡献。因此,实现该镇民营企业可持续发展对该镇经济社会的健康、稳定、快速发展和加快解决“三农”问题意义重大。本文通过对桐庐江南镇民营企业的发展现状和存在的问题进行了探讨分析,最后提出了推动该镇民营经济健康快速发展的对策和建议。

ABSTRACT
Private enterprises have increasing the e of peasants of Jiangnan town of Tonglu County and effectively improve the living standards of farmers, and the transfer of rural surplus labor force made a significant , the realization of private enterprises of the town for sustainable economic and social development of the town of healthy, stable, rapid development and expedite the settlement of the "three rural" issue of great significance. Based on the analysis of Tonglu Jiangnan Town, the development of private enterprises and problems were discussed, the last I try to offer the countermeasures and suggestionspromote in order to privating economy's healthy and rapid development .
