摘要目的:探讨纤维支气管镜在双腔支气管插管中的应用价值。方法:收治择期胸外科手术患者76例,男50例(658%),女26例(342%),男女之比192:1。年龄16~79岁,平均558岁,均静吸复合全麻,借助纤维支气管镜进行插管。结果:76例患者均顺利一次性成功插管,患者变换体位后,纤支镜检查发现双腔管位置发生变动8例(105%),其中过深5例,过浅3例,经过纤支镜矫正均达到标准位置。结论:纤维支气管镜既引导双腔支气管插管达到准确的位置,使手术的安全性大大提高。
