内 容 摘 要
人类若想走向全面发展的自由人联合体,就不能不求助于制度的不断创新和完善。制度创新是当代中国社会改革的一个重要问题,本文试图从马克思主义的实践思维对制度创新的指导方面进行理论分析。
/文章考察了“实践”范畴的生成和思维方式的演变,认为马克恩主义的
“实践思维”是哲学思维方式的根本变革。实践思维的基本特征:现实性,具体性,中介性,操作性,实效性,开拓性成为了解放思想的最贴近的基础,指导着制度创新。在制度创新中,实践具有自觉的能动性,而实践思维的本质要求则是把实践本身当作客体加以掌握。实践具有一定的功利性,而实践思维的本质要求所掌握的是需要和价值的统一客体。实践具有丰富的创造性,而实践思维的本质要求所掌握的是未来理想化的应有客体。实践思维对世界的掌握,依赖于四个支持系统。一是社会的阶级力量、团体力量的支持,主体认为自己所属的阶级、团体及其奉行的道德关系是很有前途的,并可以信赖的。二是利益的驱使,在实践思维中,人总是从自己孜孜以求而又置信不疑的切身利益出发,对社会、对人生给以价值的把握。三是原有的实践经验、道德意识被认知思维方式的有力论证。并用此去论证自己新的实践思维及其对象。四是主体文化的稳性录载,认识主体对自己的文化素养以及由此造成的思维能力、心理能力确信不疑,并常常作为一种潜意识的因素对主体产生着无形的启动、鼓舞和引导作用。由实践思维决定的制度创新是对“哈耶克”的对社会改革和制度改革所持的怀疑主义的最好反驳。文章的最后得出了制度刨新的实践的检验尺度。认为公平和效率,民主和秩序是衡量制度创新的重要尺度,最高
评价尺度是人的自由而全面的发展,另外还有生态环境评价尺度和文化评价
