水性光固化技术是一种环境友好的绿色技术,随着人们环保意识增强,绿色环保产品水性光固化涂料近年来得到了蓬勃的发展,水性光引发剂的研究与开发已成为热门课题。本文合成了未见文献报导的新型水性光引发剂4.(***1二苯甲***。
由苯甲酰***、甲苯、催化剂傅克反应合成了中间体4.***二苯甲***,进行了条件试验、优惠条件复证试验,%,产品纯度t>99%, 为工业化中试生产提供可靠实验数据。
将4-***二苯甲酾溴化、重结晶,***二苯甲***,对其进行了表征及定量分析,产品纯度/>99%,收率>t48%。由甲醇钠与7,Z醇脱甲醇制各乙二醇单钠盐。
f由4-溴***二苯甲***与L--醇单钠盐反应合成了新化合物4.(2-羟乙氧基***’二苯甲***,进行了GC-MS。IR.’HNMR表征,确定了其结构,产品收率为78%(以4一溴***二苯甲***计),纯度≥95%。
对新型水性光引发剂进行了应用试验,结果表明,其光引发性能与二苯甲***、 1173及ciba2959进行对比,光固化速度略慢于BP,快于1173及ciba2959,挥
发性气昧与Ciba2959相当,明显好于1173及BP。●7~
本文的创新点在于首次台成了未见文献报导的新化合物4-(***) 二苯甲***,并确定了其结构。由于其具有光固化效率高、制成的光固化体系挥发性气味小、开发成本低,极具应用开发前景,对实现我国开发出具有自主知识产权的水性光引发剂品种具有非常重要的意义。
