随着计算机技术的飞速发展和计算机网络的大范围普及,生产管理的信息化逐步深入,越来越多的企业需要建立一套信息管理系统来提高工作效率,降低管理成本。而各个企业的情况千差万别,如何针对不同企业的实际业务需要,建立一套适用的管理平台,利用现有的计算机技术建立一套高效、灵活、功能强大的管理系统,正成为企业日益关注的重要问题。
本文以催化剂生产企业的信息化建设为研究及应用对象,针对催化剂生产管理的特点和具体要求,设计开发了一套专业的、面向催化剂生产的管理软件平台。
论文首先阐述了管理信息系统开发的基本理论,包括开发过程的介绍、系统平台的选择、数据库设计方法等。其次针对催化剂生产的实际需求,给出了一个完整的生产管理系统的实现方案。并分别对分子筛生产系统、催化剂生产系统、分析测试中心系统以及储运站、供应站系统进行了详细设计及描述。
本文同时还论述了催化剂的分析测试中心所采用的实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)。LIMS将实验室的分析仪器通过计算机网络连起来,采用科学的管理思想和先进的数据库技术,实现以实验室为核心进行全方位的管理。
最后对论文的研究成果进行了总结。关键词:催化剂,制造业信息化,生产管理,信息系统,LIMS
