精益生产方式在M公司的应用研究摘 要
精益生产方式作为一种先进的生产管理方式,近年来在全世界范围内得到越来越广泛的应用。通过消除一切无效劳动和浪费,不断地降低成本、提高质量、增强生产灵活性等手段确保企业在市场的优势地位。在当前以制造业为经济重心的中国,推行精益生产已成为企业提升竞争力的首选。
M公司2005年进入中国,主要根据客户需求提供定制化的工程塑料产品。面对每年快速增长的产品种类和生产量,企业的生产管理也需要跟上客户需求不断增长的步伐。引入精益生产管理,在产品的设计、制造、销售以及零部件库存等各个环节进行改善,以期最大程度地减少浪费,提高生产速度,满足客户需求,从而提高企业盈利能力和竞争能力。本论文首先提出了研究的背景和意义,对中国企业及M公司实施精益生产的必要性进行了讨论。介绍了精益生产的起源和发展,对概念和原理进行了阐述,以及在国内外的应用及存在的问题。根据精益生产的原理和应用方法,分析了M公司在生产现场、物流管理等方面存在的问题和浪费,提出了解决方法及方案。本文通过应用价值流图、TPM等工具,对M公司生产现场的5S、生产准备时间、生产产率、现场物流布局、库存和半成品等多个环节进行了改善。最后根据精益生产在 M公司的实践与成果,证明推行精益生产确实能够消除浪费,降低成本,从而提升企业管理水平和竞争能力。

As a modem production management methodology,Lean Production has been recognizing and implementing in more and panies all over the focusing on the waste elimination,cost reduction,quality and flexibility improvement,panies al e able to create and maintain petitive advantage in the China is now ing the world manufacture economic center,Lean Production is the one of the best options for pany management.

At the beginning of this thesis,it brought in the research background and purpose, introduced the origins and development of Lean Production,and gave the explanation of Lean concepts and principles,the study states in China and overseas,discussed the current problems as this thesis did a research and study of production managemen
