摘要:城市的形成是商品经济发展的必然产物。城市发展的规模和文明程度是由城市的历史决定的。城市规模不同,其各项社会事业发展水平也各不相同。环境卫生是城市文明形象的最直接表现。不同城市,环境卫生管理有共性,也有不同的个性问题,经过几年的监察管理实践和认真分析,对城市环境卫生管理存在的主要问题及解决措施进行了研究和探讨。

City scale is different, its social development level is also each not same. Environmental health is the city civilized image of the most direct manifestation. 一、城乡结合部卫生死角及野垃圾场问题
随着城市的不断发展,城乡结合部卫生死角及野垃圾场或多或少存在,就近倾倒和乱倒问题比较突出,有的在山沟,有的在水库边,有的在荒地,有的在平原挖坑填埋,还有的就在市区内坑洼地带和废旧场所将垃圾堆积成山,给城区环境卫生造成极坏影响,并对地下水造成污染,对子孙后代健康贻害无穷,与建设现代化城市的要求不相适应,与城市的文明发展与进步相背离。
解决办法:实行城乡垃圾一体化收运处理,各街道和村(居)按照密度要求建设固定的垃圾收集点,摆放垃圾箱(桶),根据不同情况可以建设小型中转站,交由环卫部门统一运输和处理。实行城乡生活垃圾统一处置,逐步把城乡结合部农村环境卫生纳入公共服务体系,政府加大对垃圾收集点建设和垃圾容器购置投资力度,村村设置垃圾箱或小型中转站,集中收集,集中运输,集中处理,着眼长远,最大限度地减少乱扔乱倒垃圾造成的环境污染,为后代造福。
