摘要
宛坪高速公路(南阳一内乡段)位于河南省南阳境内,是上海至武威重点干线公路的组成部分。上海至武威重点干线公路是贯通我国东、中、西三个经济带的一条东西大通道,无论在国家路网还是在河南省和南阳市干线公路网中均占有十分重要的地位和作用。该项目路线制约因素众多,地形、地质条件复杂,工程规模大,技术标准高。本文通过对宛坪高速公路(南阳一内乡段)工程可行性关键问题的研究,发现问题并提出解决问题的方法,具有非常重要的现实意义。
首先,本文根据宛坪高速公路(南阳一内乡段)可行性关键问题的相关内容,分别从交通量预测、工程地质条件、技术标准的确定、路线布设主要影响因素、路线方案及路线方案比选遇到的问题等各个方面进行了研究分析,并提出了相应的解决办法。
其次,本文在广泛收集项目影响区内相关最新资料的基础上,结合宛坪高速公路(南阳一内乡段)在路网中的地位、作用及功能,依据社会经济发展和交通量预测结果,对推荐方案中的路线走向及工程规模,路基、路面方案,桥涵工程方案,路线交叉工程方案进行了研究论证,并对推荐方案进行了国民经济评价和财务评价,为宛坪
高速公路(南阳一内乡段)项目最终决策提供了有力的理论和技术支撑。最后,论文对本项目立项后的待进一步研究的问题及思路作了展望,为工程的下
一阶段工作提供了有益的建议。

Abstract
