摘要
此论文主要讲述的是注塑机的设计,它是成型塑件的一种重要工艺装备。注塑成型是利用塑料的可挤压性和可模塑性,使粘流状态熔体在一定压力的闭合模具中成型具有一定形状和尺寸的塑件制品。此设计为为一盒体的外壳。根据其技术要求和使用要求,选择塑料种类为ABS,再根据塑料的形状和生产批量,选择SZ-300/160注塑成型机。由于该塑件的侧抽芯较长,所以采用液压抽长型芯机构,该系统有较大优点,其液压抽拔力大,运动平稳。
此模采用一模一腔,一次分型脱出塑件。型芯和型腔采用冷却水槽结构的冷却系统,采用气塞排气,可有限避免缺陷。在确定模具结构方案后,绘制模具装配图,并进行计算。最后绘制模具非标准零件图,经全面审核后投产制造。

Abstract
This paper is talking about the design of injection moulds; which is an important equipment of plastic forming. Injection molding is to make glutinous fusibility form required plastic product with designed shape and size in closed moulds under needed pressure by means of plastic extrusion and plasticity. The plastic product is a outer covering for a box body. According to its technical request and used request, ABS is to be closed as its material. According to its designed shape and the numbers of the products, we choose the sz-300/160 cast shaper. At the same time, we use the hydraulic pressure to pull out the long anization which is steady for the long core.
This mold uses a mold cavity, a minute leaves models. The core and the cavity uses the cooling water system, tuck to exhaust the gas, but avoids the flaw. After ascertaining the project of the structure of the mould, protract mould-fitting drawing. At last, carry out an all-around checkout and auditing and launch into manufacture.

课题的背景和意义
从地下开采出来的矿石叫做原矿,原矿一般都由有用矿物和脉石组成。原矿的品位一般都比较低,不能直接进行冶炼,需要先进行加工,除去其中大部分脉石与有害成分,使有用矿物富集成精矿,供下一步使用。对原矿进行这一加工的过程叫做选矿。例如,黑钨矿石一般含有大量的脉石,如石英,经过选矿除去大量的石英之类的脉石,使钨矿物成分得到富集,成为精矿产品。有的矿石含有对冶炼过程有害的元素,如铁精矿中硫和磷,它们的含量不能太高,不然会使生铁发脆。特别是一些
