多轴组合钻床液压系统与PLC电气控制系统设计
摘要
由于工业的迅速发展,效率的提高。就需要更加高效安全的设备。液压传动系统由于其独特的优点,即具有广泛的工艺适应性、优良的控制性能和较低廉的成本,在各个领域得到应用。本次设计就是应用液压系统来操控钻床。在各个领域中可编程控制器是一种数字运算操作的电子系统,专为在工业环境下应用而设计。它采用了可编程序的存储器,用来在其内部存储执行逻辑运算,顺序控制、定时、计算和算术运算等操作的指令,并通过数字式和模拟式的输入输出,控制各种类型的机械或生产过程。PLC是微机技术与传统的继电接触控制技术相结合的产物,它克服了继电接触控制系统中机械触点的接线复杂、可靠性低、功耗高、通用性和灵活性差的缺点,充分利用微处理器的优点。
由于这些特点,可编程控制器问世以后很快受到工业控制界的欢迎,并得到迅速的发展。根据分析设计方案,选定PLC作为本系统的主控制芯片。在本设计中的多轴组合钻床的液压控制是利用电磁换向阀、单向调速阀以等元件来实现各种动作, 其中该系统有三个液压缸,工作进给缸,两个为定位和夹紧缸。。本此设计所有的液压部件包括:液压缸、。

Multi bined drilling machine hydraulic system and electrical control system design of PLC
Abstract
Due to the rapid development of industry, to improve the efficiency of. We need more efficient safety equipment. The hydraulic transmission system due to its unique advantages, which has wide adaptability of technology, excellent control performance and low cost, has been applied in various fields. Application of this design is to control the drilling machine hydraulic system. In various fields of programmable controller is a digital puters operating system, specifically for applications in the industrial design environment. It uses a programmable memory, used in the implementation of its internal storage logical, sequential control, timing, calculation and arithmetic operations such as operating instructions, and through digital and analog input and output, the control of various types of machinery or production process. PLC is puter technology and traditional relay contact control bined with the product, it has e the relay contact control system in mechanical contact of plex wiring, low reliability, high power consumption, universality and flexibility of the ings of the poor, make full use of the advantages of microprocessor.
