摘要
车前草为车前科车前属多年生草本植物,种子和全草皆可入药。车前草可溶性膳食纤维(SDF)含量较高, 膳食纤维是人体所必需的营养素之一,其本身不能直接被机体所吸收利用,但对胃肠道功能及多种营养元素的吸收都有一定的影响。车前草作为我国的一味传统中药,在我国资源丰富、分布广泛,有着十分广阔的开发前景。我国在膳食纤维的研究与开发上起步较晚, 尤其是膳食纤维的分析方法相对。超声技术已广泛应用于中草药成分的提取,超声提取过程无需加热,提取率高,时间短,能耗低,整个提取过程是个物理过程保证了提取组分不发生化学变化。本文采用超声技术提取车前草中可溶性膳食纤维,通过单因素及L9 (34)正交实验获得提取最佳工艺,即用固液比1: 30, . 2 M乙酸乙酸钠缓冲液提取,提取时间为20 min,%。

ABSTRACT
Plantain for the vehicle is a perennial herb Plantago criminal record, seeds and whole plant can be used as medicine. Plantain soluble dietary fiber (SDF) high content of dietary fiber. The fiber itself can not be directly absorbed and utilized by the body,but it has some effects on gastrointestinal tract function and absorption of many nutrients. Plantain blindly as traditional Chinese medicine in China, rich in our country, widely distributed, has a very broad development prospects. Research and development of dietary fiber on the late start, especially the analysis of dietary fiber in developed countries is still at a relatively low level. Ultrasound technology has been widely used in Chinese herbal medicine ingredients extraction, ultrasonic extraction process without heating, extraction rate, time is short, low energy consumption, the whole extraction process is a physical process to ensure that the extraction of position does not dietary fiber was extracted by hot water from Plantago asiatica L. and prepared by ultrasonic technique.
